I have lived here for almost a year and just renewed the lease for another year. The office staff has always been great! Maintenance is great, it may be a few days if it isn't an emergency but it is a bigger complex. I have even had maitenace calls on Friday eves and weekends and everything always gets taken care of. The grounds are always kept nice and the pool is always up and running. I have used the workout facility often and it is always kept up also. For the amount of space and the amenities provided Quail Creek is well worth the price. I would and have recommended Quail Creek.

Seriously? Do you work for the management? I find it strange that you give the highest possible rating when everyone else rated this place as low as they could. Be on the lookout. My first year was fine, and I appreciated the space and price, but two weeks after I signed my renewal lease I got screwed. Everything started breaking. Maintenance was terrible. I had an emergency, twice. The first time it took over 16 hours for them to respond to the flooding. The second time it took almost 10 hours. On both occasions, no one was in the office (even though the emergencies occurred during business hours) and no one answered the emergency line or responded to the messages I left. Two floods in 3 months should be enough of a comment on the quality of the housing, but the handling of the situation was as bad as it could have been. The pipes to my water heater were being held together by electrical tape. I had mold in my closet and one bathroom that they refused to clean for months. The grounds are pretty well kept, but I was always glad I didn't have to use the laundry facilities as I walked through them to get to my storage unit and there was animal feces on the floor for 6 months or more. I would and have told anyone and everyone who asks that this is THE LAST place they should look for housing in Lawrence.

I am not part of mgmt. I have lived in Lawrence my whole life and Lawrence has lots of worse apts. I haven't had any problems here and will continue to live here as long as it suits my needs. As for dog feces that truly is gross but you obviously noticed it for 6 months. you could have easily cleaned it up also. Unfortunately not all animal owners are responsible but it isn't the offices job to babysit everyone. I am sorry you had a bad experience but I do stand by what I say and if anything happens to change my mind I will gladly post it.
