I love living at Quail Creek Apartments. Most of the residents (99.9%) are enjoyable neighbors with adorable pets-dogs or cats. It is a diverse community of people consisting of singles, families, KU students (under and graduate students), middle to upper income working people, all who are respectful citizens of the Lawrence community. Maintenance is top priority as concerns receive a quick follow-up and fix. Storage is available for a reasonable cost and each building has laundry facilities. The staff has an excellent work ethic and can be contacted by person, phone, or email. I asked the staff for a picnic table and they looked into it and purchased one for the outdoor-grill/playground park area. WOW-that says to me that they care about my suggestions and making Quail Creek a home for me and my family. What a blessing to live here!
