close to campus but....

The only advantage of this place is that it's close to campus.
the apartment is *#@^& old! no surprise we paid high bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and the worst the MANAGEMENT real pain in the #(*&&#^ !! not friendly at all ! they stop smiling at you when you sign your lease!! have washer/dyer in unit but generally one washer works at a time and not the same one!! so be ready to lose quarters over and over!!!
if u want location close to campus, noisy neighbors and management that is crap....
go ahead and sign a leas with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
