These apartments are very cheap! When we moved into the apartment, it had not been cleaned- bathrooms were disgusting, mold growing in fridge, brown recluses everywhere! The carpets were soaked in animal urine, and they refused to replace them. We spent over $100 in cleaning supplies and brown recluse bug spray, which management refused to chip in to help pay for, even though they probably charged the tenants before us $600 from their deposit for not cleaning. The balcony is dangerously tilted to one side- we are too scared to even walk out on it. If you come home after 9 pm, don't even try to park by your apartment! This place makes trailer parks look nice.
