can look ok, but crappy quality

This place can look ok at first glance, but look closely before you sign any paperwork! My front door is hung sideways, so that you can see daylight through it when it is shut. I've asked them probably 20 times to fix this, they won't. My heating bill is huge! It takes them forever to fix anything, and some things they won't fix at all. We were without working smoke alarms for 8 months. And parking is a nightmare after 8 pm. Be careful, know what you are getting into with this one.
