Look...the place is cheap. I'm paying $230/mo for a townhouse with 3 other guys. The facilities are just fine for the price and my friends come over asking why they're paying so much for their places! Walls...paper thin...absolutely. Just hope for neighbors who aren't too frisky. I've had good luck with maintenance and when I moved in they replaced the carpet, all the appliances, and the bathroom tile upstairs. Not too shabby. Just beware of the guy with the Mustang that he thinks sounds cool...b/c it doesn't. But you find crappy neighbors everywhere. I've enjoyed the experience except for a couple of nights where I've lost a couple hours of sleep b/c of having to get up at 6:30 am and my neighbors STARTING their fun at midnight. 'Tis all about respect.
