I have lived at Tuckaway at Briarwood for over two years now and the management is superb. If I am ever having any kind of financial trouble and cannot make my full rent payment, they are always great at working with me to set up a payment. Also, the maintenance is quick and efficient. It's a really quite neighborhood with grad students and older couples so you don't really ever have to worry about parties or a lot of noise at 2am. The rent is reasonable for a happy way of life here. They have a decent gym. The pool is small but great to cool off and lounge by. We have two dogs, and never a problem with other peoples' dogs. It's great to have a place to live that allows pets. I would recommend Tuckaway at Briarwood to anyone. It's about 10 minutes from KU and right off of I-70.
