When I lived there, management was totally worthless.

There wasn't a peephole on our door until after we got robbed at gunpoint; there were always potholes in the parking lot; there are lots of sketchy people living there.

As for the deposit, don't expect it back. These guys refused to do a walkthru with us when we were moving out, and then charged for a bunch of stuff that wasn't even wrong with the apartment or stuff that we'd indicated was damaged on the move in inventory.

There are better places to rent.
