I'm not a very picky person but the maintenance at this apartment was horrible. They are big apartments and fairly cheap for being so close to school. I enjoyed staying there until things started breaking. During July the air conditioner broke. They came back 3 times to fix it because they didn't do it right the first time. When I called to complain because our apartment was above 100 everyday, the manager got pissy with me. If it a units ac has been out for two weeks, its the managements job to find out what's going on, but they didn't. Until that point, things were fairly decent. They took us for everything on our security deposit though.
The parking lot is absolutely miserable too.
Everything that is in those apartments was in them when they were built. There hasn't been any remodeling since the 1960's.
