Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
the management are unprofessional and their maintainence team isn't too sharp. they are raising the rent, because they are giving the place a face-lift. unfortunately, in the process, they randomly shut off electricity, leave a mess behind them, and are overall disrespectful of the residents.
