STAY AWAY FROM WEST HILLS!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
This once affordable complex has been sold by a local woman to a group of people with absolutely no regard for their tennants. They enter without proper notice (24 hrs.) and have allowed parts of the complex to fall into terrible disrepair. Once you sign the lease their smiling faces turn to contemptuous smirks and they begin to treat you like ----.
Oh and let us not forget that Nolan Management is not a local company. At the same time as you are being walked all over, your hard earned rent money is leaving the Lawrence community to line the pockets of a non-local company.
