Good Location, TERRIBLE management

At first theses apartments seem great because they are spacious, reasonably priced, close to campus, and on the bus route. However, the managers are renovating and their priorities are completely out of whack. Their office is professionally decorated, of course, in a 60's theme, while the rest of the buildings are neglected. As for the residents, the management couldn't care less about them. When one presents any questions or turns in any repair requests Melissa and the crew will say "yes" to anything. They will say whatever they have to to get you to to shut up and leave. I recently referred someone to live here and am now embarassed and regretful. He has experienced nothing but frustration from his "Newly Renovated" apartment, which has more problems than mine. And the management is completely uncooperative. I have heard their "Professional Management" cuss directly at the tenants and have also walked into the office while the manager is talking trash and gossiping about residents on the phone. If the manager reads this review she will probably just get pissed off and run her mouth rather than realize that they need to change, start acting like professionals, and give their tenants the respect that they deserve. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
