The apartments are in poor condition despite recent "renovations" that have consisted of cheesy redecorations that ignore serious structural issues (like ceilings falling in). Maintenance is slow if they respond to problems at all. Rent is high with all of the extra charges. Staff have been rude and the management sucks. Parking is scarce. The trash compactor is a hike from most apartments and often full. There is a fee for leaving trash near the full compactor.
