For the price? - Alright, I have lived in these apartments going on 2 years. The studios on 1123 block have adaquite sound proofing, and was never a bother when I would visit, if you are not on the top floor, prepare to hear people above you. Dont do it.. Yes it is a cheap place, but people break in all the time- I had a friend whose laptop was stolen, the noise is horrible especially on the weekends --its because all those people from the dorms live here. Party central. And parking is rare, I had to park 3 buildings away

Didn't like it! Bugs everywhere! I thought they came in through the gapped door, but I soon found them everywhere! If you like worms wiggling on your caarpet or on the walls, be my guest! Just take a trip to the management office and take a look at the floor and find out for yourself!

cheap is as cheap gets You can hear everything your neighbors say and do. Drug deals in the parking lot. You may rent there, but that doesn't guarantee you will get to park there. Parking garage look like ghetto lean-to's. Beams coming out of the apartments are rotten and falling off.
