the maintenance staff is terrible. Nothing ever gets done. Once a maintenance request has been submitted it will take a few weeks. Or you have to call to remind them. BEWARE.

AGREED! I have to call them every time after a couple days and they always say "oh, your request must have been misplaced. Can you give me the information again and I will make sure it gets done by tomorrow" What the hell is that? During staff training they must be told to use that excuse because regardless of who I talk to, it's always the same!
