I just moved in! Often I think these sites are used to give negative feedback people don't often take the time to log on and talk about the good. Before I moved in as I was looking at the place I saw several tenants and all said they had been happy with their overall experience. So far things have been good, it's apartment living though and the good and bad always come with it and you deal with it.
