This place would be the best place in OP if it weren't for the current manager Sarah. She is "wet behind the ears" as a new manager at best. Someone will wise up one day and get rid of her and then I'll be back. If you are considering moving there, just call and ask the current managers name first. Everyone else (leasing, maintenance, assistant manager, other residents are all awesome).
