Worst Apartment Complex Ever....

I have lived in a few apartment complexes in my day and this is by far the worst place I have ever lived... The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate of their tenants.. The safety of the tenants IS NOT a top priority at all.. With the last 2 snow/ice storms we have had, the attention was minimal if any for salt or even the plowing of the area.. Not until 3days after the ice did they do anything about it and that is after I told them my 5 yr old daughter fell twice on the sidewalk and the pile of slush turned into ice piled on the end of the sidewalk where people walk.. Then proceeded to put the rest of the ice in front of my garage where coming out of the garage scratched up the bottom of my car and almost centered it reversing to get out... The first time I complained of the lack of attention 2 months before, the asst mgr Lona's response to me was "what do you want me to do about it" after I told her my 5 mo pregnant sister almost fell on the ice.. Cannot wait till my lease is up and will not recommended this place to another person.. EVER!!! What a Nightmare

Yeah, Lona is a joke of a manager. She doesn't have a clue. She has actually had the nerve to tell me "this is an apartment complex, what do you expect?" when I asked if I could have a light kit put in my ceiling fan in the living room. There are no lights besides one switch on the wall is tied in with one outlet on the wall so you can use that switch to turn on a lamp, which is what I have done. We have one light in the entry way and one lamp that turns on with a switch in the living room..... bull ----! Other than that, we just have lamps all over the living room to give us enough light to use it! She told me that no apartments have lights in the living room! Are you serious? Why put in a ceiling fan without lights in it?
