If you are looking for a nice apartment home don't come to Weston Point!! The staff is rude and has a high turn over rate. Maintenance is slow to respond.Sometimes months. Terrance, the grounds keeper, does little work. He's busy hitting on the women. The sidewalks don't get cleared properly after snow and ice. Many people have fallen due to ice one the sidewalks.
The walls are paper thin. If you live in a lower apartment it sounds loke your upstairs neighbors are going to come in through your ceiling!
The parking siruaation is terrible! If you have a garage you have to fight people parking behind it and blocking you in.
The staff often ignores residents when they go to the office. They are trying to get "new residents", so current residents are treated rudely.
I wish I had seen this site to know to stay away!!!

In response to your comment about Terrance..... he might want to cut off his dreads and at least try to make himself look presentable if he EVER expects to find a woman! And, Overland Park ladies are not interested in a grounds keeper who gawks at them while they work out or lay by the pool!
