I'm not sure what is going on with this complex, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer regarding rental rates. The rent seems to change daily (or even hourly), depending on who you talk to. The leasing consultants will tell you that their "specials" change weekly, but I've gotten different quotes on the same day (once over the phone, and another in person at the complex). When I questioned them about the discrepancy, they had some vague answer about only one of them being available at the reduced rate and it had "just been rented moments ago". I mentioned this to some friends at work, and asked 3 of them to call. Yep, 3 different quotes! When asked if that was the lowest rate available, one of the consultants conveniently "remembered" that indeed they had one at a lower price, and "had just gotten notice a couple of minutes ago." Yeah, right. These gals are either incredibly stupid or dishonest but either way I'd get everything in writing before I rented here!
