I've lived here for 2 1/2 years on the top floor and have enjoyed most of the things about the property. I rent a garage, so parking hasn't been an issue although if I didn't have the garage I would probably have issue with parking because there is not enough of it and tenants have to park on the curbs and this makes the lot too crowded to drive through at times. So if you can afford a carport or garage and if they are available when you move in I would highly recommend it. I've noticed the maintenance is better than when I first moved in and the service is prompt and usually done right the first time. The staff is hit and miss with a high turnover - some are nice, some not so nice - just like anywhere you go I guess. I love the floor plan of the larger 1 bedrooms - a good use of the space - this is what initially sold me on the place. Also a great location, close to highways, shopping, restaurants, etc. Nice sidewalks and housing surrounding the property. The amenities are nice - maybe not the best around, but better than a lot of places. Overall, I have been happy with living here.
