I have lived here almost a year and have found the staff to be very courteous and professional. I love it. We have used the "movie theater" which was really fun. The pool is well maintained and I have used the grill several times when entertaining. The workout facility is one of the best apartment gyms I have seen and I visited about 10 different apartment complexes around Overland Park over the last 3 years. I will stay here until I buy a house. I use the walking trail and the bicyle check out. It's great. Plus they recently put in a computer, fax, printer for the residents to use which I used when my computer was down a couple of times. The monthly breakfast is nice as well as fresh coffee anytime the clubhouse is open. I use that a lot, when my mom comes to visit she always stops in for coffee, the staff are very nice about it. The only complaint I have is that I don't like driving to drop off my trash, it is nasty to have it in my car. But it looks nicer to not have dumpsters all over the property. The maintenance crew are super fast and nice too. They come the day I call or the next morning.
