Barrington Park offers 1 and 2 bedroom townehomes with approximately 1300 sq ft of living space (including the basement).
Construction of the townehomes are not what I?d consider satisfactory. You can hear through the basement walls! Also, there tends to be a problem with dry-rotting, so the outside electrical plugs are prone to pull out from the wall.
The only immenities offered is a 1.5 mile walk path with a playground at the end of the path. There is a picnic area around there with volleyball nets and sand court.
Overall I?d rate Barrington Park "Good."
