The townhomes definitely have great potential, however, not worth the hastle with everything else factored in. I was 5 months pregnant and was never able to find any parking spaces in the row in front of my townhome. Instead, I was forced to park across the cul de sac and walk, groceries and all. A neighbor was able to take up 4-5 parking spaces on any given day. Also experiences severe water damage from the storms this past summer that were never taken care of. Also, upon moving out was charged for cheap mini blinds that you can find at Walmart, 30$ a piece. I have lived in apartments for about 5 years of my life and have never not received my deposit back. Good luck somewhere else!
