The units are poorly built. Drafts and poorly fitting doors make utility bills much higher than necessary. Maintenance people lack the knowledge to repair items properly. Heating and air ducts are filthy causing anyone with a sinus or allergy probelm to be continuously sick.

About the only thing that can be said positively is the grass is cut regularly. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
