Barrington Park is hands-down the worst place I've ever lived. They are overpriced, poorly built, poorly managed, and poorly maintained. Once we moved out (along with better than half of the complex), they pursued litigation to try to make up for their losses--never mind that we didn't owe them any money, had given written notice, and cleaned the apartment spotlessly. Do not move to Barrington Park--it is absolutely not a good idea and is not worth it in the long run. They will punish you for trying to leave or leaving, rip you off while you're there, and try to tell you it's all for your benefit. AVOID THIS COMPLEX LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
