Things start out great and then you realize the office staff really sucks! It's all down hill from there...

I live at Barrington Park and enjoy it here. My girls and I really enjoy seeing and talking to the girls in the office. They take good care of us. If people truly are have a problem with their home or the staff you'd think they would not mind putting their name or email so the problem can be resolved. The people that post these kinds of reviews probably were evicted or received a notice due not keeping up their home. People, keep in mind you can not get in trouble...you are in a lease that will protect you! Plus, the idiot who posted this review did not even explain what the problem was!

I lived at barrington park in 2002-2003 and with the change in management came a serious decline in tact and class.Of the many issues that I could raise, one come's to the fore.We were not only denied our deposit,but were charged for pet damage(re-sealing the floor's as a result of pet urine) and we never owned a pet.I did enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere of the office staff before the new (post michelle) manager sucked the warmth and class right out of the park
