When we first moved in we totally enjoyed the place. Once staff turned over so did the quality. Shrubbery was never cut until we moved out so it looked nice and neat for the next tenant. Termites were a problem more than once. Bottom line when we moved out, the maintenance men did the walk through and said they we left the place very clean. They even went as far as to say that they wished every tenant left their unit as clean as we did. We were expecting our deposit back in full and needless to say they deducted for some reason they never told us about when the final walk through was conducted. Or at least we thought it was the final walk through....Once we received a partial deposit back in the mail, we called up the office to ask why. Manager Deggenhardt said that she went over and checked the place and said she could smell our pet and could overrule anything the maintenance staff said. Ridiculous! Once again their was a lack of communication between the front office and maintenance staff. Would we recommend this place to someone' Maybe if it stayed the same quality as it did the first year we lived there. After the first year...NO WAY.
