I have lived in the Barrington Park townhomes for a year now. I just recently renewed my lease with them for another year and they gave me a discount on my lease.

This is not to say that I have not experienced my share of problems, some serious and some minor. To start I have noticed that the grounds keeping is way behind accept for the lawn. My bushes around my place are overgrown and have not been cut in the year I have lived there. Maintanace is also slow unless the problem is serious. They do always get out and fix the problem in what I would consider reasonable time.

The major problem I have experienced is a infestation of Brown Recluse Spiders. These are poisonous spiders which can cause serious health problems and even death. I was finding literely dozens of them in the living spaces crawling around and bedded in. In the basement I was finding hundreds of them and eggs.

After letting the management (Brandi) know they sent an exterminator that treated the place. After about six months I quit finding them in volumes. I still have the occasional spider though.

Overall I would recomend these units to anyone. There can be maintanace issues at times, however I have always had problems taken care of.
