My husband and I love it here! The location is great and you get alot for your money. The office staff is great and the few maintenance requests we have had were taken care of immediately. As for spiders, we have seen them but the exterminator comes out regularly and we keep any corners swept out (you have to take on some responsibility yourself). We have become great friends with our neighbors and as for now, plan on renewing our lease.
My advice is to take these reviews with a grain of salt and come see it for yourself!
