Overall, Barrington Park isn't bad. Good amount of sq feet for the price. Have had some problems getting rid of ants and spiders. Maintenance has been there at least 6 times in the last year to spray for bugs. Most of the neighbors are nice. Parking can be an issue. I work late and when I'd get home around 11:30pm, sometimes hard to find a parking space.
