The office staff is worthless, nothing ever gets done as promised. They are great at giving lip service but dont ever follow through. We had awful smells that made us sick each night and was told to purchase an air purifier at our expense. Noise (loud bass and TV) from neighbors went all hours of the night, complaints made and yet they were able to remain. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from major headaches rent somewhere else!!
