These people are worthless. Lets start with the maintence people. They are rude and worthless. I've had maintence people come fix things in my place and tell me that they we're broken because of my children. When in fact they we're things that either broke by themselves or by my husband or me. I've had maintence people come to my door when I've had a babysitter and told them they need to come out and pick up trash that has blown into the yard from other people's yard's. We have been told we will be fined for trash that isn't even ours. The maintence people never get anything done when you call. When we first moved in our basement stairs had a rotten smell. We finally figured out they had been sprayed by cats. It took them over a year to come tear up the carpet and replace the boards underneath. A few months after we moved in weird stains started coming out of our carpet. We we're told that was our fault. You could tell the carpet hadn't been replaced in years. Outlet covers started falling off the walls. When the building's we're painted the painting staff used our back hose and our basement flooded. All of our laundry and other things in the basement got wet and molded. I told the office and all they could say was "sorry". The maintence people stalk you. No joke. They love to report you to the office. If you walk on the trail you will see nothing but buildings that are falling to pieces. I have been sprayed for ants and termites. And was promised a new playground two years ago when we moved in. There is still the same old crappy play ground which my child found a broken glass on one time and almost stepped on it. Rent goes up every year. Also they jack up the price of water per person every year. All in all I wouldn't reccomend living here. The staff is rude and don't care about the "community" or residents that live here. Promises are made and not kept. Its a waste of money. Take your business else were.
