I've lived at Barrington Park for a few months now and overall I'm very happy with it. We have the one bedroom townhouse and the floor plan is very spacious. The finished basement allows for so much additional room and the floorplan work very well for us since we had to downsize. I know I'm picky, so I've had maintenance over for several small things, but never anything major. Even for my small requests they have been prompt. My neighbors are nice and I don't have problems with noise. You can hear your neighbors as much as at any other apartment complex. The staff in the office has always been polite, though I occasionally see the manager smoking out back with doesn't seem very professional. Like every place Barrington Park has places where they could improve on, but the community is nearly 20 years old so it's not like you could expect to be living in a brand new home. The few things I really hope they do is some nice landscaping this spring. There are several large trees on the community and I was shocked that there was never a fall clean up for all the fallen leaves. The grass is sparse in areas so hopefully it will start to look better in spring. I also haven't noticed any lights in the parking lots. If you and your neighbors didn't leave your front door lights on it can be a pretty dark walk from the car in the evenings. Overall I would definately recommend this community to my friends and if you are interested definately check it out!
