Meh I'd suggest it for price versus living areas.

Bads:
Utilities! Stove cooks seriously uneven, and they refuse to fix it. Moved in, dishwasher didn't work, they did fix that. Maintenance was prompt but it was like the second day living there.
They stuck us in a building right next to I-435, there is little to no sound insulation. My fault, and they were willing to relocate me when a place opened up. Don't kid yourself if you get offered our building by I-435 ask for a later date, because you drive by and it doesn't sound too loud in the front, but it sounds more like the back (take a walk back there at 8:30am on a Monday morning. You will truly understand).
Spiders are a problem, but they are just common house spiders, not a big deal. I kill about 2 a night.
Bad insulation/door requires a blanket of sorts to keep the heat from coming in. The windows seem fine (but I have boxes covering most to null out the sound so who knows).
TimeWarner :( :( :( But that's all of Lenexa (unless you are lucky and get everest)
Goods:
$725 for square footage.
Allows 2 pets
Neighbors are kind people.
Decent water pressure
Just repaved the parking lots
Overall: I'm fine with most of those negatives above, my wife wasn't too keen. The only thing that threw me off was TimeWarner. Pissed me off, but I work with what I've got. I'd suggest it if none of those negatives really bug you, and you check out around the place first to make sure you can deal with the sound level in the back yard.
