I looove my place. I have a dog so it was necessary to have immediate outdoor access all the time. We also love to have BBQs so I love that you have a back patio. There is sooo much space too. All the storage in the basement makes clutter no problem. They allow you to paint as well. I just really haven't found anywhere else that has the same amenities at the same low price, so i haven't moved :)
