You know what' So far, so good... I've lived in apartments twice this expensive, and now feel guilty for it. Including an unfinished basement, I have 1500 square feet of usable space. The basement has stayed dry. I've lived here for 2 months, and have to say that I'm very pleased so far! I'm in a 2-bedroom townhome. If you have any questions, let me know...

awww ok,lol,sorry thought it said 1500 in addition to the basement,we got the finished basement cause our daughter lived with us at the time,but i know several who just make their own space,works good and saves money...glad you like it here to.

True - that's why I said including the basement... I threw down area rugs and use a lot of the space down there to entertain... Thanks for the clarification though.
