Ive lived her for going on 6 years and have loved it management has been great to me maintenence is always timely they might not get it right the first time but they try try again they spray for bugs on a fridays about every 3 months and think thats great even though i did have a minor ant proble was resolved within about a week after spray there are some spiders but thats to be expected they stay mostly in the basement i did have a skunk problem my basement was smellin like skunks that is a known issue with are but after a few calls they finally cam and plugged the holes under my porch where the skunks were living and no more skunk smell i also and not a fan of timewarner i love the parking because i can park in front of my townhouse only is an issue if neighbors are having parties and friends over but still not often enough to care i love the space my one bedroom gives me!! and am saddened that i do have to move i live by 435 hwy can be bothersome in the springtime when you want to sleep with windows open other than that its not that bad park is great since i have a kid now and can take advantage of it and walking trail is nice only wish instead of the new office buidings being built by the office they would have left it as is or barrington park would have bought area and made a pool for us !!residents too late now anyway i really like living here will be moving in a month and i know will never have the space i have now for the money and my front row parking :( but i have to move since i have been affected by the economy and less work need and think i could save a little on my bills in a smaller place i have had nothing but wonderful experience living here and office staff is always very pleasant and willing to help!!
