I was surprised to see the latest review and have lived at Charter House for a few years. I called the Lenexa Police Department to find out about a murder'' They were unaware of a murder are Charter House. Please be more careful with what you report, especially when it is NOT TRUE.

I am very happy with the maintenance staff's response to my maintenance issues and the office personnal has been very friendly with me.
The clubhouse and fitness center were just redone and look great. My newly painted hallways and the new carpet are nice. They have really done a lot to make the apartments look nice.
I have a carport, so I have not had any problems with parking.

You clearly work in the office of this complex, if you did not, you would likely be singing a different tune. Leave your building, and wonder to the west side of the complex, walk in, and you may feel a bit uncomfortable with what you just posted. The hallways are in disrepair, and are never cleaned, and the washrooms make the hallways look awful. Every user but yourself has reviewed this complex very poorly, you obviously hold some sort of position here. Take a look around, this complex is trash, and once I am out, I will never return. I would hate to see the other places you have lived if you enjoy living here.

very true this place needs some work and the staff is very rude and the manager needs to learn respect.
