I have lived here for 4 years now and this will be my LAST!!!! Office staff shows little to no respect the moment you have signed your lease. Maintenance staff is friendly but they dont ever fix anything, i had to fix everything myself. Somehow there are alot of un-documented Latinos living here and im quit sure the office staff has no plans on fixing this. Lenexa police do a good job patroling the complex and surrounding area but it does not seem like they have the resources to keep unlawful people away.
In an earlier review it was rumoured that a murder took place on site. This is not true but there was a stabbing between two roommates. Overall safety here is not the greatest.
