I am usually the first person to say something nice about a company seeing as most only get to hear the negative, but I have never had a experience such as this. The only nice person there was the lead maintenance guy and the leasing agent who no longer works here. But I don't blame her for leaving this place; I am counting the days until my lease is over.

Parking:
I haven't had problem with finding a spot to park; just cars getting stolen and broken into.
Noise:
The noise level is crazy, not all the residents are bad but there are many who have no regard for anyone but themselves.
Grounds:
The grounds keeper doesn't even know a lick of english which I wouldn't really care about if he did his job. Beer cans everywhere. Glass in parking lots from cars being broken into. Graffiti.
Safety:
Most of the time I would say people should be safe as long as they do all they can to be safe, but not the case at this place. Trouble finds this complex.
Construction:
Needs a major upgrade, out of date to say the least. Don't let the model fool you and as far as the laundry facility, they suck and don't leave your clothes unattended...they will get stolen.
Maintenance:
Again if the lead maintenance guys comes to fix the problem than you should be fine; anyone other than him is crap. I know this has to do with pest control but there are roaches.
Staff:
Worst of the whole situation especially the manager, ---. What a crook! They steal from residents, threaten residents, are unprofessional and down right rude. The only nice person who seemed to care at all has been gone for a few months now.
Overall:
Don't let the cheap prices, lies and models fool you. No customer service at all!
