I have lived at Charter House Apartments since July 2009 and I have seen a hard working, very friendly staff. The curbs have been feshly painted and there is never any trash. The Trees and plants are just beautiful. The office girls always make me feel welcome, offer me a drin, and always have fresh baked cookies. I have a huge apartment and its near everything. I saw these negative comments and I just wanted to put in a thought...It seems that only the people that are not paying rent are the ones making bad comments. I have never had a time that I was ever treated poorly at Charter House. Maybe some people should read the "fine print".

This sounds like property management - not tenants. Seriously, who notices or cares about freshly painted curbs? We care about details such as customer service, prompt attention to maintenance issues, safety, fairness, ethical business practices, etc.

I agree. As someone who lives nearby, I question the validity of this review.
