I've lived at this apartment for over two years now and it's proved to be quite pleasant. The neighbors have been really nice (your mileage may vary), and the atmosphere is generally quiet and family-friendly.

The apartments are well-built and very quiet. The floorplans make efficient use of space and there are no awkward spots in the apartment. Each apartment comes with a built-in desk (with a badly designed scrape-your-knee desk-bottom support), and a large bathroom counter. The carpeting is nice but have a tightly wound nap, making it difficult to clean effectively.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the maintenance staff seems to be overworked and it always takes some time to get any service request fulfilled. I have had to ask several times before someone comes to fix something that's broken.

Parking is a real problem. There are simply not enough lots to accomodate guests who come over. Garages are expensive, and there are only a few of them to go around. Carports are badly designed; your car will still get wet in the rain or from the sprinklers. Carport pillars are badly placed--right where your driver's doors are--so it's hard to get in and out of your car when you park.

I have a small dog and this place is wonderful for pets. There are many pet owners who live here and they're all very friendly. The office staff loves dogs and keeps a jar of treats in the office. Doggy-doo is a slight problem but the situation has improved tremendously in recent months.
