I lived there last year, I was happy staying there at first. But after a week I realized that I made a mistake. The walls are paper thin, parking is a joke. My apartment was dirty at move in. When they promise free washer & dryer that means free for them not you, you have to rent & pay them yourself. The grounds are nice, the staff is nice, but they are cheaply built. No gas bills are nice, however your electric bill will go thur the roof. Don't count on anything to be fixed. Because it won't happen. 435 hwy, is loud enough to keep you awake all night.
