Maintenance is very slow. I've lived here 3 years and have never had a maintenance request fulfilled in the same day. Lots of water damage issues in the apartment. Dont get an apartment over the garages! Your floors will be freezing cold in winter no matter how high you turn up the heat....and it will be hot/muggy in the summer. The garages should be temperature controlled. Staff has changed at least 6 or 7 times since I've been here. I don't remember any one of them being very friendly. New property manager is cheap and doesn't want to fix things correctly if it costs too much for her. Plus, she wants at least $200K in renter's insurance now - that's so if anything ever happens, they won't be out money to fix the apt. Nice location, but that's about it. Overpriced for how cheap these are built.

I toured the apartments recently and picked up an application. Now they want $500,000 in renter's insurance! What a rip-off!
