Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007

i moved in june of last year , it was all great until we got new upstairs neighbors and they are SO LOUD!!! i have complained several times and it has made no differce. i feel that if i am paying $639 for a tiny 1 bedroom apt, i should have a little more respect from the staff and the neighbors should have more respect for there neighbors!!!!
