I've lived at the Crescent for 3 years now... mainly because it's close to my job. I pay approx $700 a month for a one bedroom place - I believe it's the largest of the 3 offered. I'm shocked to say I love my floor plan, but the walls are just too thin to be $700 a month. My upstairs neighboors are very nice, but I can hear them sneeze for crying out loud. The parking is always an issue also. Maintenance has been great... no complaints here. Management tries to do the right thing, I think, but I've never had to deal with them (Mary and Sean). So, 50/50... nice place, but you will have noise problems... and I mean normal noise being overly loud... like a dishwasher above you, etc. Hope this review has been helpful to those looking for an honest review of the Crescent!
