I have been here for two years now, and I will say for the first six months it was fine. Management was nice, people were friendly, the only complaint was a few neighbors who like to play their music REALLY loud when in the parking lot. Then ---- hit the fan when they hired a new staff....Mary and Shaun. I have Never been treated so awful in my life. I get threaten to get kicked out because I called their home office to come and clean up the Ice and Snow from the sidewalks. This of course was when I called the office 6 times and nothing ever happened. After the first year I noticed things were not as they seemed in the apartment. The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom have lifted. the carpet is crap. the air vent in the bedroom is not actually a air vent. it's just a hole in the wall with a grate over it. the windows leak. I have a heavy curtain in front of the window and it blows in the wind. and yes the window is closed!) My garbage disposal has been broken for at least 6 months now, and nothing has been done about it. Our toilet doesn't work properly, none of the sinks drain properly, they have only changed the air filter once in 2yrs, And thats just the tip of the ice berg. I pay almost $700 for a one bedroom, and I get yelled at if anything that they don't approve of is on my balcony (it's an eye sore) yet they hang our sign up with Duct tape! a tree is being held up by a water hose...on man what else, there is too much! Well I will say if you live by the front office, at least ---- will get done, they want everything to look nice for new residents....take a look around at the rest of the complex...beware, Take my advise, Don't move here!!!!!

We like the complex. Very happy the old Manager is gone. Maint is a litle slow though.

I found the management to be very abrupt and rude. They act as though we're interrupting their socializing when questions are asked, or we need assistance.

I've lived here for 4 months now and love it! The office staff have always been nice to me but I'm not a complainer. I follow the rules and wished that the other tennants would too. The only complaint I have is the insulation between floors is terrible. I never hear neighbors on the sides of me but the neighbors upstairs...I hear everything, and I do mean everything! They should have put more into sound proofing between floors like they did with firewalls between apts. I will renew next year unless something happens between now and then.
