They changed leasing agents (the 2 lower level staff in the office) early in '07 right before I moved out so I can't say much about them. The assist. manager Shawn seems alright, knowledgeable, friendly, messed up some paper work of mine a couple times but after saying something about it he fixed it right away. The manager Mindi was always nice too me and was VERY fair on my walk through when I moved out. I didn't even attempt to clean my oven and she didn't say anything about it. I had sun damaged warped blinds, they didn't give me grief over it. Out of my $75 deposit they took $15 because one of the legs on my dryer cut and torn up the vinyl floor in the utility room...very fair. I will say though that I was always nice to them and a perfect tenet with rent, rules, quiet, etc.

I forget the grounds keepers name but she was always very nice and seemed to do a very good job. One thing that ALWAYS pist me off was that the complex NEVER...EVER...did one single thing to try to enforce tenets picking up after their dogs. You'd walk out to your car in the parking lot and there'd be big turds a few feet from your door in the grass and you could smell them. Yeah they might get picked up that week, but the complex never got on the residents (and they knew who they were, I told them) about it. I think the complex not being tax credit or subsidized housing does a good job of keeping the rift raft out, and does a good job of screening residents...but you'll still get annoying neighbors. I had two noisy neighbors next to me but surprisingly I could not hear them through the walls. The only time I could ever hear them was when they slammed their door EVERY TIME they enter or left their apartment. You'll get a few jackasses with their --- ("not that theres anything wrong with that") loud ass fart pipe exhausts, and crescent will do nothing to those residents. One guy woke me up everday at 7:15am when he left for work (red sentra in building 10). A lady a across the parking lot, this genius thought it was acceptable to hang up wind chimes so I had to listen to her damn wind chimes even if she was sleeping, at work, out of town. Wind chimes are 24-7 noise makers that are always on. Thankfully one call to the office got those stupid things taken down.

Don't be impressed by the vacant parking spaces during the day, go later in the evening on a weekday night and you'll see that sometimes you do have to walk a bit to your building...it's not too bad though. Get a carport or garage close by, I thought it was worth it solely for having a dedicated parking space.
