I've lived at the Crescent Apartments since July and I'm honestly pretty happy. I live in a 1B/1B apartment and pay pet rent and my cost is still very reasonable. I hardly ever hear my neighbors and I'm on the second (floor. I never have any problem with parking, I just sometimes don't get the spot front and center. Even when my friends visit in the evening they don't have any major issues. Maintenance is great and each time they have been prompt in helping me. The gym is very nice and the women in the front office are pleasant and always able to help me.

The only concern I have is with the condition of the parking lot. There seems to be an abundance of potholes which are starting to damage my car. The bricked area in the entry is extremely uneven, and maneuvering through the parking lot is getting increasingly difficult.
